Her journey began at the age of 16, working as a receptionist in a salon. It was here that Erin fell in love with the world of hairdressing and decided to dedicate her career to it.

After spending 15 years honing her skills and gaining invaluable experience in the salon, Erin ventured out to create her own brand. She recognized the need for more inclusive spaces for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as a supportive environment where hairdressers could grow and express themselves creatively. This vision led to the birth of Craft Collective in 2022.
