At Craft, we believe in transparent and fair pricing, ensuring you pay only for the time spent on your hair and the exact amount of product used.

Our talented stylists have individual hourly rates based on their experience and demand. The total cost of your service will vary depending on the stylist you choose, the duration of the session, and the amount of product used, such as color or toner.

To calculate color costs accurately, we use the SalonScale app, which weighs each ounce of color mixed. Charges can range from $20+ for root touch-ups to $75+ for balayage and $200+ for complete color corrections.

Our cutting and styling services start at $60, but the final price may increase based on the stylist’s experience and the complexity of the service. Despite the variable pricing, you can always expect top-notch service and impeccable results.

While providing exact estimates can be challenging due to the unique nature of each service, you will receive personalized attention and outstanding results from our passionate team of stylists. Where do we park?

We have a shared parking lot available for the salon, restaurant, bar, and tattoo shop. If the parking lot is full, we recommend utilizing street parking. Please note that nearby businesses do not allow our customers to park in their lots, and most other businesses lock their lots in the evening hours.

Our cancelation policy.

At our salon, we value our stylists' time and schedule, and we ask for your cooperation to ensure smooth operations. Please confirm your appointments if prompted. Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect our stylists' time. If an appointment is not rescheduled or canceled within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment rate will be charged. No-show appointments will also incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy. Thank you for respecting our stylists' time and schedule.

Do you all charge the same fee?

Our team consists of both employees and independent contractors, which means that rates, fees, and policies may differ slightly depending on the stylist you choose. We encourage you to review the specific terms associated with your selected stylist to ensure you have a clear understanding of their individual policies and charges. Our goal is to provide transparency and a seamless experience for all our clients.

Gratuity Free

We've chosen to be a gratuity-free salon to provide you with transparent pricing and ensure fair wages for our staff. By including gratuity in our service prices, you know exactly what you're paying upfront, without any hidden costs. This approach allows us to focus on delivering exceptional service without the expectation of tips. It simplifies the payment process for you and our staff, creating a smoother experience. Can I bring my child, friend, or partner with me to my appointment?

No, we kindly ask that you do not bring children, friends, or partners to your appointment. We pride ourselves on being a quaint, quiet, and private salon, and we have limited seating available for those waiting or hanging out. Additionally, it is dangerous for children to be left unattended. If a child is brought and left unattended, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Children who have an appointment must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Do you have a phone number?

No, we do not have a phone number. To provide a more personalized and efficient service, we handle all appointments and inquiries through our online booking system and email. This allows us to manage your requests more effectively and ensures that we can give each client the attention they deserve. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What if I can’t use the stairs?

If you are unable to use the stairs, please let us know in advance. We will make the necessary accommodations to ensure you have a comfortable and accessible experience at our salon. Your convenience and safety are our top priorities.
